Outboard Repower Shop began in the heart of Florida’s Treasure Coast when a father-and-son team, both lifelong boaters, grew tired of watching local captains overpay for outboards or wait weeks for the right motor. From a modest warehouse in Port Saint Lucie, they started sourcing brand-new Mercury, Yamaha, Suzuki, and Honda outboards and delivering them with the kind of straightforward advice and fair pricing that quickly earned trust up and down the Atlantic and Gulf coasts.

More than 30 years later, we’re still family-owned, still based at our original location in Port Saint Lucie, Florida, and still completely focused on one mission: helping boaters across America find and install the perfect outboard for their boat — fast, affordably, and without the headaches.

We’ve personally repowered everything from 12-foot skiffs in the Everglades to 50-foot sportfishers out of Stuart and Palm Beach. That real-world, saltwater-tested experience is what sets us apart — we don’t just move boxes, we match horsepower to hulls, recommend the right shaft length and prop, and stand behind every motor we ship.
