By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. 90-Day Return Policy

We offer a 90-day return window on all products from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • Must include all original packaging, parts, and documentation
  • Outboard motors must not be mounted, fueled, run, or modified

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or altered
  • Electrical components once installed or modified
  • Custom-built or special-order repower kits
  • Hazardous materials (oil, fuel, batteries)
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “As-Is”

3. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on all eligible returns.

If you’re not satisfied, return the item within 90 days in qualifying condition for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error).

4. Refund Process

  • Returns are inspected within 3–5 business days after arrival
  • Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
  • No restocking fees on standard returns

5. How to Start a Return

  1. Request Authorization
    Contact us at sales@outboardrepowershop.com or +1 (954) 886-1986 within 90 days of delivery.
    Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive RMA Instructions
    We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Ship the Item
    • Pack securely (original packaging recommended)
    • Use a trackable, insured shipping method
    • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos
  • If defective or not as described, contact us within 7 days
  • We will provide a prepaid return label and offer a replacement or full refund

7. Exchanges

We’re happy to help with exchanges (e.g., different model or horsepower).

  • Follow the standard return process
  • Replacement ships after inspection and approval
  • We cover replacement shipping within the U.S.

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund
  • Shipped orders must follow the 90-day return policy

9. International Returns

  • Accepted within 90 days of delivery
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, and customs fees
  • Refunds are issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion fees
