Refund & Return Policy

At Outboard Repower Shop, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our outboard motors, marine engines, parts, and accessories. This policy outlines our refund and return process for both local and international customers.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
• The return request is made within 90 days of delivery.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is provided.
• For motors, no fuel or oil has been added, and the product has not been registered with the manufacturer.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

For safety and quality control reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Used or installed outboard motors and marine engines
• Electrical parts and electronic components
• Special order or custom-built items
• Clearance or “as-is” sale items

3. Return Process

1. Contact Us First – Email sales@outboardrepowershop.com or call +1 949-793-7396 with your order details.
2. Get Return Authorization – We will provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return instructions.
3. Ship the Item – You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective on arrival).
4. Inspection & Refund – Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or is defective out of the box, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for repair, replacement, or a full refund. Photos of the damage may be required for insurance purposes.

5. International Returns & Refunds

For customers outside the USA:

• Return shipping costs, duties, and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Refunds will be issued for the product price only, excluding original shipping fees.
• We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipping without penalty. Once an order has shipped, it will be treated as a return under this policy.
