Shipping Policy

At Outboard Repower Shop, we are committed to delivering your products quickly and efficiently. Below is our shipping policy, designed to provide you with a clear understanding of our shipping processes, costs, and timelines.

1. Order Processing

Business Days: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed by 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) on business days will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.
Handling Time / Fulfillment: Once your order is processed, we typically pack and ship items within 1-2 business days.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

3. Estimated Delivery Times

4. Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing a tracking number and link to monitor the shipment.
All Shipments are dispatched Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

5. Shipping Exceptions & Important Notices

Delay Risks: During high-volume periods (sale seasons, holidays) or adverse weather conditions, shipping may be delayed beyond the estimates above.
Address Accuracy: Please verify that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Errors in address may lead to delays or additional fees.
Cut-off Missed: Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will begin processing the next business day.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders): Any duties, import taxes, or customs fees in your country are the responsibility of the customer (unless otherwise stated). Please check with local authorities if unsure.
