At Outboard Repower Shop, we make shipping simple and affordable. We are proud to offer free shipping anywhere in the United States and a flat $150 shipping fee for all international orders — no surprises, no hidden costs.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Special orders or custom requests may require additional processing time, which will be communicated before shipping.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

Free shipping to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Large items such as outboard motors and marine engines ship via insured freight with liftgate delivery available.
Tracking numbers are provided once your order ships.

3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide to boating communities in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the Caribbean, and beyond.
Flat shipping rate: $150 USD per order.
Delivery times vary based on destination, carrier, and customs clearance.
Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country.
We provide full documentation and support to make customs clearance as smooth as possible.

4. Freight Delivery Information

Outboard motors and large marine equipment are shipped via insured freight carriers.
A signature is required upon delivery to confirm receipt and condition of the goods.
Customers should inspect shipments immediately and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
Lost shipments will be investigated with the carrier, and replacements or refunds will be arranged when applicable.
