7. International Orders

Customers outside the United States are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. We comply with all applicable export regulations.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Outboard motors and marine parts may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. We do not provide additional warranties beyond what is stated by the manufacturer unless otherwise noted.
