1. Manufacturer Warranty
At Outboard Repower Shop, every outboard motor we sell is backed by the official manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty coverage varies depending on the brand and model but typically includes:
- Yamaha Outboards: Up to 3–5 years limited warranty
- Suzuki Outboards: Up to 3–6 years limited warranty
- Honda Marine: Up to 5 years limited warranty
- Evinrude: Up to 3 years limited warranty (model-dependent)
- Tohatsu: Up to 5 years limited warranty
- Mercury: Up to 3–5 years limited warranty
All warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal recreational use.
2. Parts & Accessories Warranty
All genuine parts and accessories purchased from us are covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty. Coverage includes:
- Replacement of defective parts.
- Support through authorized service centers.
- Assistance with warranty claims and documentation.
3. What’s Not Covered
Warranty coverage does not include:
- Damage from misuse, neglect, or improper installation.
- Normal wear and tear items (filters, spark plugs, lubricants, etc.).
- Unauthorized modifications or non-certified repairs.
- Commercial or racing use, unless specifically stated by the manufacturer.
